Returns must be raised within 3 days of receiving your order. A reverse shipping charge of ₹100 will be deducted from your refund. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed with all original tags intact. Refunds are processed after quality check. Exchanges must be raised within 3 days of receiving your order. A charge of ₹50 applies. Exchanges are subject to stock availability and may take 10–12 business days. ⚠️ Important: Email us at support@pinckhour.com within 24 hours of delivery with photos and a parcel opening video as proof. Claims without a parcel opening video will not be accepted.
